Love that it did fit in the truck of my sedan.
Only negative comment was I wish the manual that came with the bike was in greater detail. Read it cover to cover, yet I have lots of questions as to how to properly operate to the bike to its full capacity.

Great electric bike. Been on trails and beach. It is easy to handle
Carrying space is always an issue when taking a long ride and you want to bring along some water, snacks, other gear, etc. Having a big backpack strapped on is not always comfortable. With this rack you can pack a whole lot of stuff in it and just use a towel and a couple of bungee cords to hold it all in place. It fit the Tornado exactly, and easily. It is well made and very strong. Highly recommended.
These saddle bags fit perfectly on the Tornado's rear rack. A base plate attaches to the rack and then the bags can be secured on the plate and removed when desired. Very nice! And they are quite roomy!
I love the bike, assembled really quickly and easily. My only complaint is lack of information in the manual. There are no instructions on how to get the headlight to work or how to change the gears. I did call and leave a message asking for a call back. I was never called back. I am sure once I figure those things out, it will be a great ride.

Although the bike is very heavy, it rides great. Decent power for hills. Added a mirror and a larger seat. Perhaps a size large may have been a better fit.The fenders and built in lights are great! The fat tires make riding easier.
I’m at 500 miles at this point, and am happy with the Ranger. Plenty of torque for hills, good battery life. I’m sure I could get 50 miles out of one charge. My primary use is commuting, and I often haul our 3 kids plus gear. It’s a lot of weight, but I get by just fine. Great featurest control thanks to wide tires and a low center of gravity. I recommend the large front basket for front storage - I find it’s always full of something! One quirk is the kickstand. Over bumps it’s often clattering loudly. It can be remedied with a bungee cord. I decided, since I use it so infrequently, to remove it. Other owners complain about the mechanical brakes (versus hydraulic). For my needs, they are more than adequate. It’s an easy upgrade if you decide to go with Magura hydraulics. Very nice that it has a built-in front and rear light. Very bright. Dear light has brake response just like a car. Great features
Bought the step-thru for the wife. I have the Tornado. She rides it every day. We are both in our 60's and can't wait to ride it on weekends when we're not working. Mountain trails, seashore towns, bike paths thru towns, even to visit Mom at the nursing home almost every day. Just last week, wife got a flat on rear Tire, she said she Can't live without it. The availibility of a new tube locally is nonexistent so called KBO and ordered one. Well, she is very impatient because she can't ride her bike. She told me she can't live without riding her bike everyday. She complained so much I took the wheel off my bike and put in on hers. So now I'm the one waiting for the tube. Happy wife, happy life.
I was looking for a e-bike that I could take with me in my truck/ RV when I go camping. This fits the bill perfectly. It fits me (5’10” - 180 lbs) just fine. I can lift it. It fits in either the back seat of the truck (or in the bed) or it fits in the RV. It has enough range so I won’t be peddling too much. I’m a photographer so I need to carry equipment, so I use a backpack or strap it to the bike. The bike just works for me. The ride, steering and comfort is ok but those were not my priorities. If any of features were to be enhanced it would all add weight to the bike which I did not want to do. So, the bikes “use case” for me is exactly what I wanted. My compliments to kbo for making such a perfect bike.
Just a few quality issues the fenders are breaking at the mounts, brakes are alto completely wore out needed new brake pads in week two of riding and a few other things that I should not even have to be writing about on this new piece of equipment but hey life happens
I love everything about this bike for price and weight and I couldn't be happier. I wanted a bicycle with pedal assist that was light enough to carry up and down apartment stairs, not an electric motorcycle, and this fits the bill perfectly. I've put almost 200 miles on my bike in the first month-ish of ownership and it's been awesome. Cannot recommend it highly enough. The integrated lights and display are awesome.
Best purchase ever! My K1 folding bike is easy to fold and take in our RV. It’s beefy tires make it stable and easy to ride on rough terrain or on the beach. Battery life is excellent, ride is smooth and the power/pedal assist options are fantastic. I can get a good workout or cruise effortlessly. Have ridden other electric bikes but this e-bike is AWESOME!!! by far is the best. Love my accessory choices as well. Awesome bike!
Great road bike that strikes a balance between being a straight bike and one with an electric motor. Do not expect miracles from its max power; it absolutely embraces the concept of both pedal AND assist. That said, there is no question that it is the kind of bike that allows riders to get from point A to B with ease, giving just the right amount of assist without letting you forget that you as the rider are still in control. It is one of the lightest e-bikes I’ve ridden and that is a big win. Places for more improvement would be to increase rider comfort by replacing the tires for something wider with hybrid treads. Or possibly including a seat or handlebar suspension.
I love it! It’s convenient for lugging all the stuff I need for work and there’s plenty of room for the kids on the back for school runs. It’s super comfortable and has enough power to cruise along the flats at 20mph. Hills are slower, but even with 110 pounds of kids on the back it doesn’t feel like hard work - and they wave to the road cyclists as we pass them! Super practical!!!
We have two of the Breeze step through and love them. We have been on four bike rides now and battery is still fully charged. Only a little adjustment in the brakes and tightening a few bolts, these bikes will last for a very long time. My rating is a 100!
I have been riding for about 40 years - primarily road. Wanted a bike i could pedal, but with some assist capabilities to give some help on hills and with the wind in winter. Hurricane is perfect. I pedal 90-95% of the time but love the assist option with hills, wind and some intersections. Thanks KBO - this is a winner.
I'm a smoker of 40+ years and thought I would never be able to ride a bike again I was 100% wrong I can ride for 15 miles or better daily. The cost was very reasonable. It is the best thing I have ever done for myself I absolutely love my bike and am thinking about upgrading.
